0:24.9	Shiloh Ministries and how they came to be as a whole because it's really scammy.
0:30.0	Although they shut down quite some time ago, I wanted to know just what the hell happened here and what earned them the title of the worst charity,

0:42.0	Now, as you'll come to see in a moment through today's episode, Shiloh Ministries has a bit of a tangled web and a pretty convoluted history behind it.

1:02.0	plenty of places out there with the name Shiloh Ministries as well.
1:05.6	Shiloh Church, Shiloh Fellowship, you name it, Shiloh Something, it probably exists.
1:11.0	And while I can't speak to their reputation and I don't intend to, I wanted to make it very
1:16.7	like clear and upfront that this is a relatively common name that people go by and that these people I don't think have any relation to the one we're talking
1:25.2	about today. So without any further ado let's jump right into it. The name Shiloh Ministries was founded around 1994 and later run by a man
1:40.6	named Otis Ray Hope. He served as a pastor of the First Baptist Church in Warrenton, Georgia.
1:45.8	If you look up him or Shiloh International Ministries, you'll see plenty about the tax fraud,
1:50.9	the scam, and all of that information.
1:53.0	However, that's almost all you'll find.
1:55.6	I can say in total seriousness that this easily makes my top five list of topics
