take your hand and i want you to sit it in your lap okay

upright position we're sitting I want you to close your eyes and I want you to

inhale and then I want you to exhale still with the eyes closed.

I want you to inhale.

And then I want you to exhale.

And then for this last time, we're going to make it stick.

really inhale for this one hold it hold it hold it and then let go i don't know if any of you are privy of breathing exercises, but it does calm us.

breathe through the moment.
