Everyone loves a good story and a good storyteller.

But there is no storyteller like the Lord Jesus,

and there are no greater stories told than the ones Jesus shared.

In this study, spiritual stories, we consider the parables Jesus told and their

application to us. These are truly the greatest stories ever told, and the Lord has something

he wants to say to you through them. Let's join Scott Pauley now.

We are coming very close now to the end of our study of the parables of our Lord Jesus.

That's hard to believe.

And what a study it has been. And it's not been an

exhaustive study by any stretch of the imagination. But I bring you today to one more of our Lord's

parables in Matthew chapter number 25. Remember there were three in this chapter and each

addressed a different group of people. So the parable of the Ten Virgins, that addressed the nation of Israel,

the parable of the talents that addressed the church,

and now we come to the parable commonly known

as the parable of the sheep and the goats,

and this parable addresses the Gentile nations.

Specifically, the nations of the world at the end of the

Tribulation age because the church, of course, taken out, taken to be with the Lord, the Jewish people

being brought to their Messiah and coming to understand who Messiah is. But at the same time,

you have all the nations of the world,

and all of them will be accountable to our great God.
