0:54.5	Now, just to be clear, gastronomy is the delighting and the full enjoyment of the full spectrum of good food and wine.
1:04.6	And to be a little technical here, a gastronome is someone who simply has the ability to enjoy really good food and really good drink.
1:15.3	But a gastronomacist is actually somebody who combines good eating, good drinking, and theory.
1:24.8	And so we have our resident gastronomacist, Lauren Piser.
