Welcome back to daily breath. I'm the Bach Chopra. Surrender is the act of erasing the line between life and death entirely.

When you can see yourself as the total cycle of death within life and life within death,

you have surrendered.

So now you are a true mystic.

What is true mystic mean?

Mystic means surrendering to mystery.

That's all it means.

And the greatest mystery in the world

is that we exist.

And equally great is the mystery that we are aware that we exist.

So awareness of existence and existence go together.

I've already told you that awareness by itself is timeless, so therefore existence is timeless.

Think about that for a moment, okay?

Then you'll understand what surrender means.

Surrender means full attention to present moment experience.

It also means appreciation of life's richness,

which is called gratitude. It also means opening yourself to

what is in front of you right now without judgment. It also means letting go of your ego, which is a fiction and a fictional identity to begin with.

It means humility and it means

what we call arrogance.

It means being receptive to all

it means allowing love to enter your life unconditionally. And then. The secret of surrender is that you do it inside without trying to please anyone else in the world.
