Death.

I would like to offer another perspective or as the 10th secret states, death makes life possible.

Here are the principles.

You are dying at every moment so that you can keep creating yourself.

Why do I say that? Well, every moment you have a perception, it dies.

Every moment you have a perception, and as soon as the perception is born,

it dies.

Every moment you have an emotion,

and as soon as the perception of that emotion occurs,

it dies. Well, what about your physical body? Your

physical body similarly is a process. You know it as sensations and perceptions.

So take a selfie right now and then take another selfie in a month.

And if you've been in the habit of taking selfies,

then look at a selfie that you took 10 years ago and you will see that the

body you had 10 years ago no longer exists. Okay, so your body also is changing in the same way as sensations, images, perceptions, feelings, and thoughts.

Except you don't notice it because when you look at it moment to moment it looks the same even

though it's not the same.

Your body is being born and it dies every moment.

So who are you?

You are the awareness that is neither born nor dies
