Today I would like to focus mainly on this one idea.

If what you seek you already are,

then let's discuss how to seek from within,

because you're already that.

Since childhood, all of us

have found a stable point through the ego.

We imagine a fixed eye.

It's the most common word we use in any language, I.

We imagine a fixed eye who is in control at least as much as possible.

But there's another far more stable point of stability.

And that is the witness, the witness of all experience, including the witness of that which we call the ego,

that which we call the mind, that which we call the intellect, that which we call the physical body, that which we call the world.

You are, as a self, as a soul, the witness of all experience.

So your mind is an experience.

You are the witness of that.

Your emotions, your intellect, these are experiences,

and you are the witness of that.

Your physical body is an experience, it's changing experience.

You've been changing your body like a master alchemist since the day you were conceived.

So you're the witness of that.
