Welcome back to daily breath. This is the bucks opera. Today we are talking about the third path to self-awareness, enlightenment, secrets of

the self, the inner genius inside you that mirrors the wisdom of the universe and is the ultimate and supreme genius.

Today's path is the path of thinking or reflecting.

First thing to recognize is that the path of thinking means moving away from dogmatic thinking.

Moving away from the certainty of your own opinions.

Moving away from your habitual certainties, because we might know a lot,

but what we don't know that we don't know is much more than what we know.

So the yoga of thinking involves getting rid of dogmatic thinking

and also getting rid of dogmatic thinking and also getting rid of the habitual

certainties that we have getting in touch in our own self with the wisdom of

uncertainty. In the wisdom of uncertainty.

In the wisdom of uncertainty there's creativity.

So the yoga of thinking is actually the yoga of self-reflection.

Every day before I begin my meditation, ask myself who am I who wants to know that?

What is it that wants to know?

Who am I?

What is my purpose? What do I want for me and the world? And what am I grateful for?

So those are the four best questions you can ask to begin the yoga of thinking.

Who am I? What do I want? What's my purpose? What am I grateful for?

But actually you can go beyond that.

You can ask any question that you want,

any question.
