Journey without distance, self-to-self.

Today what I want to share with you is that changing your reality to accommodate the fourth secret.

That's what I'm going to share with you.

And this fourth secret is about meeting your real self,

your real self, true self, not the ego-bound identity,

which is a social construct,

the ego-bound entity which is a socially induced hallucination,

with your true self, that which cognitive scientists call conscious agent or spiritual people call the soul.

Your true self, your real self, your soul

has qualities that you're already experiencing every day and these qualities

include intelligence, alertness, being tuned in.

Whenever any of these qualities come into play,

and what are these qualities?

Intelligence, alertness, being tuned, feeling connected, life couldn't be any better,

then you're living closer to your real self.

On the other hand, when you are distracted or lost or confused or trap

inside ego boundaries then you're not connecting with your true self. So every day people kind of switch from these extreme poles.

They see saw between these poles. A good exercise to try is to catch yourself in such a moment and then pull away from it.

So anytime you feel lost, confused, trapped inside ego boundaries, you're not being your true self, catch yourself.

This is what I have said many times, observe yourself reacting before reacting.
