0:41.3	Secrets of Skinwalker Ranch Past and Present. This 512 acre ranch in Utah which
0:48.9	has been called the Myer Ranch and the Sherman Ranch in the past is today
0:53.2	commonly called Skinwalker Ranch and it's the subject of a very popular
0:57.5	ongoing TV series on the history channel. The name Skinwalker alone
1:03.3	summons up fear of the unknown the kind of fear that makes the hair on the back
1:07.1	of your neck stand up. It's an old Navajo word which as I understand isn't
1:12.5	spoken by them any more than Harry Potter's bunch were likely to say the word
1:16.0	Voldemort. It's so evil that the mention of the name is prohibited in their
1:21.0	culture. The Navajo word for Skinwalker if I'm getting it right is
1:26.1	Neh-e-l-d-u-u-she which translates to it goes on all fours. There are several
1:33.1	varieties of this being in Navajo culture. Again as I understand it the Navajo
1:38.4	have medicine men who mostly practice good works but a very few of them also
1:43.1	go to the dark side and practice evil magic and these people the Navajo
1:47.1	call witches. According to legend they're able to change their forms into
1:51.6	animals and the most frequent animal of legend is a large wolf. Skinwalker
1:58.3	ranch in New Mexico is what some people call the number one hotspot in the US
2:02.6	for paranormal activity including UFOs, strange deaths of livestock, up the
2:08.1	charts magnetic anomalies, strange lights, orbs and creatures that apparently
