Summary

What does it really mean to be a powerhouse? Today I'm sharing a peek behind the scenes of my current season of deep transformation in a Q&A session with my amazing podcast manager Brianne, and what it has taught me about true self-empowerment. The biggest thing I'm learning? You can only grow as much as you're willing to look deep within yourself–at your fears, insecurities, and vulnerability. I'll share how I'm learning to prioritize my own needs while still showing up for the people I love, how I'm clearing space, and what it has looked like to start healing my inner child in order to meet the most authentic version of myself.
