What do customers really want?

We all think that they want speed, low cost, high service.

And yeah, sure they do, of course they do.

But they think they can get that from everybody and anybody.

But what they really want is someone to trust.

Somebody who understands them, gets them that they know can fulfill what they want.

They want a little bit of mind reading, a little bit of focus on them and what they want.
