0:00.0	In sales, we have challenges now, don't we? We have obstacles, both internal with the company
0:09.2	and our customers, as well as ourselves. That's what we're going to be talking about today,
0:14.5	is how do you take these challenges and either ignore them or have them fuel our drive, our motivation, our determination, our
0:27.7	resilience, our grit. A lot of us tend to do the opposite, and that's a big mistake,
0:36.5	because we all have them. You might be too old,
0:41.0	you might be too young, you might be this or that, whatever it is. And I hear them all the time.
0:46.8	And if you focus on them, they become bigger, not smaller. What we have to do is decide what we want and use everything that we have and don't have
