What is going on everybody? Welcome back to the Mind of a Macros podcast as always. I am your

host Mike Milner and this is an episode that nobody is going to listen to. I know how it goes. I've been doing this long enough.

We're 526 episodes deep. I know the ones that get a lot of attention and I know the ones that don't.

Unfortunately as it is, the ones that don't get a lot of attention are typically the

most valuable and the most important episodes to listen to.

The ones that get the most attention are the ones that are like, how to lose your next

20 pounds and how to transform your body in six weeks and all of the the dopamine hits where

we can get this feeling of something tangible that's right there within our

grasp that exciting dopamine

promise of pleasure. This is not one of those episodes. I'm sorry. I'm sorry

to burst the dopamine bubble, but it is what it is.

Sometimes it's more important to recognize that if you are listening to an episode like this that is more of a need to hear

versus want to hear, then you are in the minority. That already puts you in rare territories of people who actually listen to the important

stuff that makes a difference. And then you start to see things differently, you kind of see into the matrix and you're like,

oh shit, I know how this works now. It all makes so much sense. The problem is that most people don't take the time they want. The cheap dopamine,

dopamine, and as I say frequently, I'm not in the business of being a

dopamine dealer.

If you want some cheap dopamine, go gamble, go spend a bunch of money online, go see how many people

liked your picture on social media, go watch some porn, I don't know, do whatever you need to do to get your cheap

dopamine hit it's not coming for me I apologize but it is the Wednesday

addition so matter of fact I stand corrected I am about to give away some cheap

dopamine because we have a winner every single Wednesday that we announce for
