Hey, everybody. Welcome to episode 334 of The Virtual Couch. I am your host, Tony Overbay. I'm a licensed marriage and family therapist. And I am Eker. I'm excited to get to today's episode with my buddy, my pal, Nate Christensen. So Nate has been on the virtual couch now more than any other guest.
