And today, we're going to talk about the secret to a walking habit that lasts.

Today's 10-minute walk starts right after this.

Today's walk is happening on a sidewalk.

Next to a semi-busy street, you'll probably hear some traffic during our 10-minute walk.

In fact, we've got a pickup truck that's approaching now, and you'll hear that pass in a moment.

So that's to my left.

To my right is a big field.

And on the other side of that field beyond a fence is the Myrtle Beach International Airport so in fact I can see the terminal and some

jets are at the gates at the, probably either offloading passengers or onboarding passengers.

Wouldn't be surprised if a plane or two takes off while we are walking and you can hear that.

Last night, Ava and I picked up some friends who live about a half mile from us and they went to Texas

for the week. And they flew back home last night and we got to the airport shortly after

the plane landed. It's a small, small airport. So if you didn't check luggage, and they didn't, if you don't check luggage, you can be off the plane and out in front of the terminal in pretty short order.

So we were waiting for them in the cell phone lot and Ava and I had never seen the cell phone

lot that busy.

It was packed.

I mean it's not a small cell phone lot and every parking space was occupied by someone

who was waiting for passengers as we were.
