So Oshou defines bliss as the filling that comes when the observer has become the observed.

When the awareness that you are is placed on itself.

Love is announced. The filling of love becomes palpable. This bliss Ananda.

Ananda, that's I have one tattoo and it's that chit Ananda, which means truth consciousness

bliss or the truth about consciousness is that it feels like bliss.

It feels like love and that's our purpose in this life to unfold this bliss, this love

into every seeming moment. Every single seeming day should be full of this.

These days these moments should unfold in an atmosphere of love.

In an atmosphere of this presence of beauty of God.

Joel Goldsmith in the supply chapter of the infinite way, my favorite chapter, he says,

if you gain this consciousness of God's presence, you have a whole secret of success in every

walk of life. He said cultivate the awareness of the presence of God, of the presence of

love in every moment because it is our conscious union with this which enables us to live

without taking thought and makes possible a life of complete abundance by grace.

And so every morning that's what we practice and we practice by first becoming aware of silence.

Well, sometimes even we practice first becoming aware of our mantra and using that to take

us into the silence and using that silence sitting in that silence until we become aware

of the bliss. That is in the silence that is the silence.
