Podcast Manuscript: Just like the stars, you have your own atmosphere. It is partly inherited, but mostly made by you yourself. It is this atmosphere that is the life force of the human body. And when it is strong, steady, and unchanging, the body works in perfect harmony.
There are healthy atmospheres and unhealthy ones, just as there is a healthy atmosphere on the mountain tops and unhealthy ones in the swamps. You are master of your thoughts and deeds. You have the power to create a healthy body with a living, vitalizing atmosphere, and thereby lengthen and strengthen your life.
