So I was flipping through the book of secrets by Oshou and came across a method called the secret method.

And you know my curiosity was peaked and I had take peak and he says listen while the ultimate

mystical teaching is imparted. Eyes still without winking at once become absolutely free.

Eyes still without winking or blinking become absolutely free. And yes, there are, I could think of

at least three practices off the top of my head and I'll link them in the show notes where

I'm not blinking during that practice. I am aware of, very aware of love fully in the moment,

even more than that, because in the moment implies too. As the moment, there's just the moment,

there's just love and I'm not blinking. One of them is the panning where you use your head

like a camera and you look around the room. I believe this was episode 43. So you pan around the

room and you look without judging, without labeling like a camera does. And when I'm doing that,

I'm not blinking, but I'm fully aware of the self, of the love that I am. Another one,

I always tell you that I listen for the feeling of love and I don't know how clear that is to you,

or if it even makes sense, it's very clear to me because I've been doing it for years. It's

like, it's almost like I'm listening for something suspicious happening in my house, like the front

door opening and I'm not expecting anyone here. Listening for a sound, you can't hear for a faint

noise. And so my eyes kind of cut to the left. And I'm doing it now. And it's like my right ear is

capped. So I'm listening, it seems like I'm listening more with the right side. And my eyes are

cut to the left. And I'm listening to silence. And I'm not blinking. I'm not blinking. And that

was episode two, listen for the feeling of love. And that's one of my main practices. I do it
