physically calm your nervous system

which is why you feel more peaceful

focusing on feel more peaceful. Focusing on these calming breaths, notice how the air enters and leaves your body.

Maybe how your chest and stomach rise and fall with each breath. If your mind wanders gently guide it back to your breath. Try not to

get frustrated.

Inhale deeply, inviting in the positive.

And exhale out, releasing the negative. Now bring your attention to my voice as I recap our last episode.

The garden was full of mystery and wonder.
