Tonight we are returning to the secret garden.

Before we do, let's take some time to settle in. Take a big stretch and try to release any tension you might be holding in your muscles.

My back is a really big focus for me.

I seem to hold a lot of stress there in various parts.

As part of my stretch, I'm going to pinch my shoulder blades together and arch my back as much as I can, before curling it round into a sort of cat cow movement.

Perhaps you'd like to do the same or move your own body

and stretch it in a way that works for you.

When you're done, take a deep breath in through your nose and hold it a moment before exhaling through your mouth and

breathing out all the worries and concerns cluttering your mind.

Ben Weatherstaffed Ben Weatherstaff was brought into the garden by Mary to find Colin standing up tall by a tree.

Ben admitted to coming into the garden to look after it every year by climbing

over the wall in order to honor the wishes of Colin's mother that he would tend to it if she ever went away.

But the last two years, his rheumatism prevented him from climbing in.

Colin accepted that Ben was now part of the secret, thanked him for his help so far

and trusted him to keep it safe.
