This evening, we are continuing with the secret garden.

But before that, let's take a moment to relax and prepare for sleep.

Close your eyes and get comfortable and begin to breathe slowly and evenly.

And as you breathe feel yourself sink deeper into relaxation.

Whatever position you are in, I'm going to ask you to lift your right hand, and when I count three, will let it drop back down again and as you do so you will

become even more deeply relaxed.

So, lifting your right hand now,

one, two, three, and drop it,

sinking deeper into relaxation.

Now, deeper into relaxation.

Now, the same with your left hand.

One, two, and drop it on 3, sinking even deeper. Now I will count backwards from 10 before recapping our last episode.

And after each descending number, I want you to feel yourself dropping further and further

into a restful, comfortable relaxation.
