the kitchen gardens and the orchards.

smell the herbs

the herbs

the vegetables

and the fresh air.

maybe you spot Ben Weatherstaffed little Robin chirping on a wall.

When you reach through the ivy and turn the key to push open the door to the secret garden.

Try to picture everything inside with the same wonder that Mary does each time she goes in.

Think about what you can see, but also what you can smell and hear. Find a peaceful spot in the secret garden to sit and rest before taking a few deep breaths.
