It is so lovely to have you here tonight.

This evening, we are continuing with the secret garden.

But before that, we'll take a moment to relax

and get ready for sleep.

Concentrate on how your body feels and where you are holding any tension.

Take a big stretch and allow those areas to fully relax and sink into your bed. Now let's take some nice deep breaths.

Inhale and collect all your thoughts and concerns from the day and exhale letting them all go. Once more now,

Inhale and exhale.

Lovely. the whole rainy week with Colin and even Mrs Medlock had appreciated that the boy seemed in much better spirits

since they became friends.

Mary tried to be cautious about what she told Colin about the secret garden because she didn't know if she could trust him yet. But she felt sure

that if she could get Colin outside, the fresh air of the Moors would do him as much good as it had done her.

Colin said he hated people looking at him, but confessed that he might not mind it if Dickin saw

him after everything Mary had told him.

When she woke up to the sunshine streaming through her window again, she rushed down to the garden
