| 1:19.8 | perspective of a preventative strategy, as well as from an acute strategy, as in, I've got hay fever now. |

| 1:38.3 | And this is one of those areas where the old saying an ounce of prevention is worth a |

| 1:45.8 | really is very fitting because it's generally a lot easier to prevent seasonal allergies |
| 1:54.4 | than it is to treat them. Once you get a really strong hay fever reaction, it can be, it's possible to treat it for sure with herbs. |
