who is beaming in from what looks to be a cabin in the woods, Ted Kaczynski style. What's going on,

dude? I don't know about Ted Kaczynski style, but yes, I am coming to you from the woods of Maine.

I'm in a barn. Barn. It's badass. Take your time in Maine. I'm hitting the ground running i was uh away for quite a bit

we didn't do two weeks of these podcasts and we were like let's just hold off until we're back on

good morning football and then we'll get going let me explain uh what my last 24 hours had been

and then we're going to go backwards,

and I'll give you some nuggets, some stories,

and we can talk a little NFL.

woke up at 2.45 in the morning, which is the alarm clock time for what I'll be getting up

when I do good morning football out in L.A. If you've not read the news or seen, Good Morning

Football is back and I am in a bi-coastal slash hybrid New York-L.A. schedule. I did not want to move my family out there.
