Hello everyone and welcome to police off the cuff, real crime stories.

0:14.8

I'm your host, retired NYPD sergeant, Bill Cannon, a 27-year veteran of the NYPD.

0:22.1

Folks, we got a case that is one of some of the most difficult cases that police can

0:29.5

ever work, and that's anywhere in this world.

0:32.3

And of course, we see on the screen, Sebastian Rogers, a 15-year-old autistic male from Sumner County.

He's been missing since February 16th when his mother, at 6 o'clock in the morning,

0:47.1

went to check on him in his bed, and he was gone.

0:51.0

And he hasn't been seen since that date, quite disturbing, because in these cases,

2:17.3

So then what do the police do now? The police is saying in this case that there is no foul play.

2:27.3

And on the screen now you see a picture of Katie and Chris Proudfoot. They are the, well, Chris Proudfoot is the stepdad and Katie is the mom of Sebastian. And this is the biological dad,

2:40.1

Seth Rogers, on the screen right now. And he's been giving quite a few interviews with different

2:46.3

news organizations. But this case is still baffling. And as it stretches on and on, we all remember

2:55.6

Summer Wells, and I had just checked because we covered that case. Summer Wells, um, 615, 2021.

3:08.3

So this June 15th, if she's not found, will be three years that Summer Wells has been missing.
