You're an incredible incredible coach, amazing athlete, one of the most intelligent people in the industry. Before we begin, I want everyone to have the chance to be able to follow you on whatever social media platforms you have. Could you just tell them where they can follow you? |
1:08.0 | Sure, yeah, first of all, appreciate the kind of words man, seriously. I'm on Instagram easiest place to follow me Alex dot Viata and my company complete human performance. We've we both got Instagram's up. I usually focus on Q&As. My company usually tries to put up infographics, summarized a lot of my coursework. So those are the two best places. |
1:28.0 | I love it. All right, so man, I've been very excited for this for this conversation for a long time. I've learned a lot from you over the years. I'll start off by saying the main thing I want to talk about in this podcast with you is energy system development energy system training. |

2:01.0 | Could you just give an introduction to yourself who you are what you do and some of the crazy athletic feats that you've done like it's really it's it's beyond what most people would even fathom as possible. So just give an introduction to yourself so people can get to know you better. |
