What's going on? Welcome back to the Jordan Sciet mini podcast. I have a great episode for you today with Mike Matthews.

He's a really good friend and colleague of mine. He's also the owner of Legion Athletics, which is the only supplement company I've used for many, many, many years.

As you know, if you've heard me for a while, I'm not a fan of fat burners and Mike does sell fat burning pills in the Legion supplement line, which I have never taken and I don't plan to take.

But I wanted to address that. I wanted to ask him why he sells them, why as a science based professional, he actually believes in them, what he puts in them.
