Number one, we've got the latest on the Save America Act and the pressure on Senate Majority Leader John Thune.

The Clintons are set to testify all right jake let's get to

it the top of this morning's edition is all eyes on senate majority leader john thune and his

frustration with house republicans and others in the republican party trying to put pressure on him

and senate republicans to bring up the Save

America Act. And he declares the talking filibuster is over. He could bring it up. It's going to die

because they're not going to blow up the filibuster. And he's basically saying, not basically,

he's saying that now. The talking filibuster has been an interest, let's say, of the right for some time now,

basically that you shouldn't be able to filibuster a bill while you're not standing on the floor.

But in this instance, the Democrats would basically have unlimited ability to offer amendments at a 50 vote threshold.
