I'm Anna Palmer, and we are excited for another episode of Flywood Day.

It was, Anna, what a week.

This week was a year.

I feel like I'm still shaking off my post-state of the Union exhaustion, bout of exhaustion.

I feel like I'm, you know, I'm a little bit better today than I was a couple days ago, but the longest state of the union in American history.

Well, we have a great show and somebody who we are going to be speaking with about that.

Senator Alex Medea, the Democrat from California, is joining us to talk about tariffs, the 2026 election, DHS, shutdown, and so much more.

And he delivered the Spanish language, state of the union response. So we are excited to talk to him about all of those dynamics and where the Democrats go from here, which is what we try to do with everybody.
