Oh my gosh, how have I missed ya I seriously cannot believe I'm sitting down right now and

recording season three it's been the longest summer ever.

Thank goodness I had Patreon so I could at least once a week get some stuff out off my chest and take out some trash.

But I have so much to catch you up on.

And I didn't know exactly how I wanted to go about this first episode.

If I wanted it to be a typical episode

where it's, you know, trashers trash, pop culture,

tic-talk trash and personal trash. But over the summer, in particularly Kedamine, I experienced some big things, I'll put it that way.

And I just felt like I needed to put it all in one episode and kind of

focus on that for this first episode and just kind of let you know where I've

been what I've been up to what's been going on with me before we dive into all the other trashes of the world.

So that's what we're going to do.

And I'm nervous.

But before we dive into the ketamine and all those things I just wanted to thank you all for being here because I seriously

have missed this. There is this rush of podcasting knowing that thousands of you are listening and I haven't felt this in a long time.

So I'm nervous. I'm nervous. I have I do a good job. But we're getting back in the hang of things.
