What the heck that went by so quickly?

I mean it was almost 80 episodes I believe 80th possibly or close to that's a lot of freaking episodes. Wow, we did it. We did another season and I'm so proud of myself.

I'm also sad that it's over. I'm a little here I need to fix my mic. Okay. I'm a little nervous about you know taking this this break.

Mentally I need it like my mental health. I definitely need to just focus on my family, be off my phone a lot,

maybe even do like a social media fast.

I'm hoping I can like turn my brain off

and really be able to enjoy the break.

The break really is only going to last until July.

And then I will be back, the first episode back is August 1st.

So you just have to make it to August 1st, you guys. or you can join Patreon. I'll still be doing one podcast episode a week on

Patreon every single week plus the Instagram lives on Thursday which is today if you're listening when this comes out.

So, I mean, I'm taking a break from regular weekly trash,

but I obviously will still be working and doing stuff

for the podcast.

But yeah, this is the last solo and we have a lot of trash to take out but I just wanted to take a minute and say thank you for

listening and being here every week, twice a week and taking out

trash with me and listening to our guests, you know, give their trash and do dumpster deep dives. And I just feel so honored to talk to some of these people

and talk about some of the most vulnerable aspects of their lives. It's been so incredible. It's been a huge, it's been a huge learning

experience for me to learn that everyone is so different. I mean I obviously started this knowing that everyone's so different and I really wanted to embrace the fact that we all come from different backgrounds and have different beliefs.

But in this season I feel like I really got to talk to so many people who really had so many different opinions and views and lifestyles and I just love that this place can be that for everyone a place where anyone can
