Lord, thank you for what you're about to show us.

From your precious word, give us eyes to see, Lord.

Give us hearts to see, Lord. Give us hearts to receive, Lord.

Depth.

Allow us, Lord, to experience depth in the spirit as a result of this precious word.

I'm gonna say a few things to you tonight

that may not be understood by some of you.

But your pastor Michael and myself grew up in a different part of the world.

Even though he was born in the U.S., his family comes from Greece, and whole culture of course is from there

and I like he grew up Greek Orthodox

and I was an ultra boy

in church

and I had experiences when I was a little boy

that to this day affect me deeply.

Deeply.

One of them was in the Catholic school that was run by nuns at first,

then by monks when I was at the right age.
