0:38.2	here's today's. It's inevitable. Inevitable. I'm going to be.

0:55.0	postmodern relativism and someone comments something along the lines of, but Jesus never
1:00.5	excluded anyone or labeling people is wrong, or Jesus promoted tolerance.
1:08.0	When I hear claims like this, I often wonder if the commentator read the same thing I did in
1:12.1	Matthew's Gospel that morning.
1:14.4	If you get all your information about Jesus from secondhand sources like devotionals, popular
1:19.2	speakers, blogs, memes, tweets, and Facebook posts, you may find yourself a bit uncomfortable when you encounter
1:25.7	the actual Jesus of the New Testament. If you only rely on social media to tell you who Jesus is,
1:32.1	you might find yourself praying to a new age Jewish
1:34.6	hippie guru who sings strawberry fields forever while demanding nothing of the
1:38.8	super cool sinners he so loves to hang out with and accepting everyone just as they are.
1:44.2	Except those nasty Pharisees of course, who just so happened to represent everyone who might disagree
1:49.0	with whatever agenda is being peddled in the post. But this is not an accurate picture of the real Jesus.
1:55.5	The Jesus of history is arguably one of the most divisive people who has ever lived.
