They are uploaded very shortly after the live is finished. I just got done. I had a second day off

after my fasting day yesterday. I did very hard conditioning I got 11 rounds

on the stair master today max level 25 with no hands 60 that's for 30 seconds and then 60

seconds rest on level 8 using my hands to hold on because in 11 rounds,

which is I believe 11 or 12 rounds is my is my record for rounds.

And I upped it from last week.

I've been doing it to try to break that PR here coming up,

and it might be next week that it happened

or the second time I do it later this week.

That thing directly correlates to in-ring conditioning

and burpees as well.

The Stairmaster is really difficult because

when you're sprinting essentially on the max level,

your legs fatigue very quickly.

And on that, and then with the rest period, so what happens is, like, you'll be good,

I'll be good, like, where the first, I'd say into the first four 32nd rounds,
