Hi, it's Andy here and welcome to Radio Headspace and a Wednesday morning.

0:17.5

Now ordinarily, I don't talk too much, I think I hope about meditation itself, certainly

0:22.6

not meditation using the headspace app.

0:25.5

But one thing that keeps coming up, and my guess is if you're listening to this, you

0:29.1

probably have some vague interest in meditation, in my opinion, some assuming you do, but something

0:34.4

that keeps coming up, which is around the run streak.

1:26.2

they come back to it, there's a zero.

1:27.8

And so there's a sense, perhaps, for some people, that they have failed in some way, that

1:33.5

they haven't kept their run streak going, and in that sense, it's demotivating.

1:37.9

Now of course, the easy way around this would just have a feature to turn it off.

1:41.6

I'll leave that up to the product people, but anyway, the point here is that the run streak

1:46.4

is important to have your own relationship with it.
