The virtue you just never know what somebody's going through the person that's sitting next to you

That you say hey

Why you just smile

You just never know what they're gonna be going through that's so offensive. Hey smile a little bit. Oh that when somebody says

You know me you know what I'm going through right most odd this on a flight right the other day

I did and it's one it's like the perfect situation of how like you just said

You don't know what someone's going through and I can see both sides of it

I can see the customer side I can see the customer service side, but we talk a lot about

Just customer service in general and how you got to be kind and you got to be patient because you just you just don't know

What someone's day looks like or what they're dealing with and I got to my flight a little late when I was going to Mexico

And so by the time I got to my gate

They were like boarding basically the the end of the plane and

And so I guess when you board the end of the plane you deal with like

What do you call it when people stand by people waiting to see if they're gonna get on a flight?

Yeah, and I mean that you're checking like that that board all the time to see if you're making the cut on that thing

It's so stressful at that time exactly. I've been there too and it's already a stressful situation for all parties involved

And this was a pretty book flat. I think it was I think was fully booked

So obviously they are trying to like maneuver and the lady is doing the best she can to help as many people as she can in a short amount of time

And so it was so packed in fact that I I knew someone a friend of a friend was going and was actually on the same flight

And didn't get on the flight which is how I got this information

So as I got to the counter and I'm walking past it. I can see this lady

Going at it with like two different standby people and they're trying to figure out if they have a seat
