This will be our first in White Plains.

We're going to cover the basic principles and methods of starting strength.

This is open to personal trainers, group fitness instructors, of folks that just want to get better at coaching the barbell lifts.

Self-sufficient lifter camp March 16th in Wichita Falls covering squat, press, deadlift, how to film yourself, and how to diagnose your own technique.

Then we have another one of those on May 18th in Omaha.

Then lift, shoot, fight, that's May 18th and 19th in Wichita Falls.

This camp will cover all five lifts, some basics and combatives and some basic pistol work.

It's open to all levels and folks that are just starting out are more than welcome to join and probably get a lot out of this.
