will join us next hour and we're going to talk to the impeach word. The I word didn't want to shock you there.

And then also yesterday on Capitol Hill it was grill in season for Alejandro Meyorkus and the Republicans took the gloves off and it's about time because, you know,

we need to have him retire so we can just go looking for the precious, because that's where

his heart is. It's getting that for a lot. So we'll get to that in a few minutes.

I do want to mention, I mentioned last hour,

interest rates have soared to the highest level since 2001. I don't know about you but I got kind of hosed in the

1998 banking crisis. We had a house in Maryland and it was a mess and here we

are now right now because the interest rates are so high if you have a home or you

purchase one for $400,000, you're paying more than $1,000 more a month than you would have

before Joe Biden became the president.

So you know if you're depending on your home for your nest egg, you're going to have to be careful

and you're going to have to find the right time to a cell and who knows

what the government's going to do. What I would suggest is you consider taking some of

your portfolio and investing in precious metals. I go with Swiss America because they

have an A-plus rating from the BB. They also have this wonderful, this thing called

a war on cash and there is they're trying to create a digital click currency and they're trying to control

currency you don't have access to it and they can shut you down and so you're going to need something.
