Today is September 25th, and this is the Rhodes to Trump's UN speech. Trump gave his speech at the

UN, and it was supposed to be a strong performance. Well, it was not quite statesmanship.

But Trump's teleprompter reportedly malfunctioned.

Trump seemed to blame the UN for the failure,

but reporting says the teleprompter was being operated by his own team.

Okay, so on to the subject matter. I guess we'll start with the fact checks,

since quotes are being taken as fact by many. It wouldn't be a Trump speech if he didn't

mention crowd sizes and polling numbers. I half expect him to at some point in the future

brag about all the leaders in the world listening to him.

But he went the poll number route at the UN, saying, quote,

I was very proud to see this morning I have the highest poll numbers I've ever had.

Part of it is because of what we've done on the border.

I guess the other part is what we've done on the economy.

Fact check.

No.

Unless he's referring to some private polling, that is completely at odds with all public

polling. This just isn't true. He's definitely

not at the highest numbers, and his numbers on the economy are really, really bad. I'll put
