What's going on, guys? Welcome into today's show. This is the last show of 2023.

Crazy to think that 2024 is right around the corner and I couldn't be more excited for some of the

stuff that honestly this year, as many of you guys know, selling my three hotels,

selling the brand in the company was financially a very amazing milestone to hit. And yet,

at that same time, it also kind of presented a lot of different challenges for me.

You know, having a lot of cash was, you know, something that I'd always dreamed of.

And at the same time, losing a little bit of your purpose and your identity and the clarity

that I once had by being all in on a business and a mission that collectively our whole

organization was working towards to, you know, selling my baby.

And, you know, closing that chapter, it felt very exciting from the perspective of

getting those projects and properties, you know, full circle,

meaning I bought them, I had a vision for them, I renovated them, I optimized the team,

we optimized the income over a handful of years, and really compressed, you know, as much profit and value out of those assets as possible. And when I

had the opportunity and was presented with an opportunity to liquidate, it felt like a good

opportunity to take some chips off the table and to really go bigger. And one of the things

that I'm excited to share with you guys that I know will be a catalyst for going bigger,

creating bigger relationships, bigger deals, bigger opportunities, bigger impact is with the launch of my commercial real estate

investing course and community and mastermind. And that is, as of today, you are the first
