this section of the Bible. So I want to begin a word of prayer. Father in heaven thank you for this privilege to

meet. Thank you for Herb's house and that we've got a place to come together.

Pray that you would bless our time today.

I've just, I landed or got home last night, around 10 o'clock,

I've been in Phoenix, and I just did the last one passion conference for the year and I had a little

over 200 pastors meet with me on just how to preach the Bible and it was a

wonderful time, a three-day conference and we had men come from 18

states and three countries.

So it's really amazing to me that people just continue to show up for that and it was a very productive time.

But I just had to get back to be here this morning.

So I'm looking forward to what we're going to look at.

We've been going through the book of 1st John right and we got through verse chapter 2

verse 14 and a couple of days ago was October 31st and that really just

kind of hit the pause button for me for a second I thought I'd like to just focus in just for a
