I'm Adam Bolton and joining us this week are the Conservative MP and member of the COVID Recovery Group, Harriet Baldwin, MP for West Worcestershire, and the Labour MP, Angela Eagle, MP for Wallercy and also Sky's Chief Political Correspondent John Craig.

This week we're going to talk about two types of risk, the risks to the public from COVID, is the government taking sufficient measures against it

in refusing to introduce Plan B.

Later, we'll discuss the threat to MP's security

following the murder of Sir David Amos last week.

First, though, to the issue of what to do about COVID, where the rates of infection and indeed

fatalities remain stubbornly high in the United Kingdom.

Opposing views now from the Health Secretary Sajid Javid and the new

chief executive of the NHS Confederation, Matthew Taylor. Cases are rising and they could go

yet as high as 100,000 a day. We're looking closely at the data and we won't be implementing

our plan B of contingency measures at this point.
