which is very much back on the agenda. Negotiations have resumed between the United Kingdom and the

European Union over the implementation of the protocol

and how to manage trade,

and east-west between Britain and the United Kingdom,

following both sides staking out their position

and the European Union,

certainly offering what it regards as significant concessions.
