Our panelists are Caesar Martinez, founder of MAS consulting, a veteran consultant, who has been active in five

U.S. presidential campaigns specializing in the Hispanic vote. He most recently worked for the

Lincoln Project, mobilizing Hispanics to vote for Joe Biden. And he also served on the

Bush Cheney, Romney Ryan, and Jeb Bush presidential campaigns.

So, Cesar, we've been on opposite sides a number of times. Antonio Villarigosa was the 41st

mayor of Los Angeles. He served two terms from 2005 to 2013. He also chaired the Democratic National Convention, and he is a partner and co-chair

in Mercury Public Affairs. Mindy Romero is founder and director of the Center for Inclusive

Democracy at USC's Soul Price School of Public Policy. She's also a research assistant professor
