Summary

The Prime Minister sets out plans in his first major speech of 2023. Former speech writer to David Cameron and Theresa May, Jessica Cunniffe, joins Adam and Chris to go through Rishi Sunak’s first speech of the year, in which he set out his five pledges for the public to judge him on. And with train services disrupted again this week due to ongoing strikes, the boss of Network Rail, Andrew Haines, tells us how close he thinks he is to a deal with the unions.
