So good to be back here with you, Jordana. Welcome back from South Carolina, your Charleston

adventure. How was it? It was everything you said it would be. Right? Yeah.

I hugely recommend it. Really fun city, amazing food. Yes. We got, Megan, I got to meet

your friend Keith Keith, the mayor who owns the best bar in town. We went there. It was

like, we haven't got like an ownership stake in this bar at this point. But it was actually

was very, very fun. It's an easy recommendation to give. It is, if you go to Charleston, it's

called uptown social. It is like, it's like the, it turns into your embassy if you go there

for a weekend because it's like an easy place to pop it. You just know it's going to be fun.

Everyone there was just having such a good time. There was a band we caught the end of

and then there was a DJ and Mike and I were not like, we like, we like, we like go out and

party. Not usually just the two of us. There's usually we're in a group. We were just the

two of us. We had a, we had a really good time. That's got to be nice time. You know,

it's just you two with the party. Like, you're at a, almost wedding crashing a little bit.

Yeah. A little bit, a little sense of adventure. It was really fun. Then we went to Bodega,

which is there, I guess kind of like a breakfast. It's their new spot. Yeah. So it's sharehouse

in Bodega or their new spots and they're like attached. I haven't been yet. It was great.

Mike had the bacon egg and cheese and he loved it. That was amazing. You know, that was Keith

saying he went down. It's funny. Like, you know, the country kind of during COVID, but Keith

moved before COVID, but I think our age group is kind of at the forefront and Gen Z definitely

of like shaken up the snow globe. Right. And then everyone kind of landing in newer spots.

So like you see these cities that are like Charleston is not like the old South anymore.
