We've got Swedish metal band Beyond All Recognition.

They're a combination of metalcore and dubstep.

They've coined the term dubcore because they really were the first band to combine the two genres together the way they did.

And to my knowledge and after talking to them, it seems like they also don't know of any artists I was doing it before them.

So that's pretty cool. And their first album, Drop equalsal, is Dead, their first full length with just a great mixture of heaviness and catchiness. And just one of those albums at the beach just made you want to bob your head. And it was just, it made for a really interesting sound mixing in the two genres. And hopefully you guys enjoy the fact that every show is a little different. I have filmmakers, authors. I mean, my last couple episodes, I've had Russ Baker, who's an author and investigative journalist, a professional basketball player who play an NBA and now a podcaster, Boki Knockbar. I also had John F. O'Donald, who is a comedian, stand-of-comedian. He also does a show redacted tonight with Lee Camp, which is kind of like a daily show type show, you know, satire, new show.

And hopefully you guys enjoy the fact that every show is different.

And I just have people on, anybody that I'm a fan of I have on, and I've been lucky that apparently I'm only fans of people that are pretty cool, it seems like.

Sometimes you do have a shot in a dark with certain guests because there's no interviews out there with them.

So you have them on and you're not sure if your personalities are going to click or if they can hold a conversation or whatnot.

But like I said, I've been very lucky that everybody's been super interesting.

And maybe it has something to do with just music and filmmakers and authors and people that

They are all, and podcasters, they all seem to be deeper thinkers and have interesting

perspectives and just seem to be, you know, interesting people.

The cool thing about having these people on too is that I have, I don't know if it's a talent or a curse at times, but getting off track on topics that you usually

talk to the guests about. So hopefully you guys listen to the show and you appreciate the fact

that I have artists on, but then we get into personal philosophies and experiences and journeys

and stuff like that. It's not just about music or you know
