But I got to tell you folks, at the risk of talking too much about my training for the half marathon, I'm not talking about it much, but I got to share some stuff I'm learning.

And I am fired up to share this.

So I am, I got coach Bill. Coach Bill is great.

And he is training me up. It's a very precise training regiment.

And he's really easing me into this.

And I'm grateful that he is.

He's doing a little bit of a counterintuitive thing that I see a lot of friends doing different stuff.

He's got me focused on effort only.

He's not putting me to a strict, you got to run this pace, and you got to run this far today.

It's just this amount of time I want you to get out on the road and he's mixing my effort up, meaning I'm doing some easy parts of the training.
